Packed with a high-megapixel vision-based camera, the Vial Counting System (VCS) ensures there are enough vials present in the tray before generating the tray label. Implemented at the collection stage, i.e., after the sealing activity is completed, VCS ensures 100% accuracy.
VCS comes with a PLC-based control system for various input/output interfaces and controls. It also comes with an industrial PC-based central controller to integrate with the camera and control panel. The 21 CFR part 11 compliance of the VCS enables the tracking of human activity along with providing audit trail reports.

The vial counting system has a specially-designed illumination that helps remove glare from the vial and detect various colors to identify inaccurate products in the tray.
VCS allows you to generate various reports, such as batch summary reports, batch detail reports and audit trail reports, providing you a 360-degree view of your processes.
VCS comes with a TTO printer that automatically generates tray labels when the tray has an accurate number of good vials, improving accuracy and quality of operations.
The vial counting system has a caster wheel arrangement, making it easier to move the system as per your requirements. It can also be installed in any primary area for better management.
