PNS-VAC is designed with safety in mind. It has acrylic/polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure your employee’s safety. At the same time, it is compact enough to take less space in your production line.
PNS-VAC has a sensorless encoder-based rejection logic that automatically rejects products based on the criteria you set. This helps ensure no incorrect item goes out of your packaging line.
PNS-VAC supports multiple cameras via the EZ-PNS software. It also has high-resolution GigE Vision Hardware with specially designed illumination to provide a high accuracy rate.
PNS-VAC software has a small learning curve, ensuring your employees can get the best out of the tool in little time. Plus, we’re always there to help you understand the ins and outs of the software.
